you can, just go to photoshop, lasso the pupil (whole center thingy, whatever its called), ctrl-c, delete pupil, open new, alter colors using hue/saturation, select all, ctrl-c, go to original and ctrl-v. After that just use the smudge tool and stamp tool to clean edges. tell me if this still doesnt work.

p.s: you can just download images from online onto photoshop and practice with them, thats all mine are.
