Not too big actually. We don't have legal spots but we got a few abandoned walls here and there. Street bombing's a blast though.. endless shop shutters and the cops dont take it like a big crime or anything. Give em' puppy dog eyes and you get let off with a slap on the wrist. lol.

well all I used where sharpie markers and fine tip paint markers. Nothing special. It should be available at any art or stationary shops.

ZIG painty markers, you can usually get sets on ebay and shit, they are by far the best and longest lasting shoe marker.

uh.. I use it to custom paint sneakers as well so I'm pretty sure they're waterproof. I used Uni Paint markers by Mitsubishi, but I heard Posca paint markers are pretty good as well.

Uni paint markers are standard in Brunei. Posca yang nada. Price is around 3-4 bucks per marker.
