Wonderful to hear, Dave! Still searching for a foothold into the comic world over here, although there seems that a second volume of "Opey the Warhead" will be published in Italy.
I'm curious. What have you done to make inroads into the comic world as you have? It remains elusive to me. Often, I do wonder if I just lack the chops.

you def don't lack the chops! i wouldn't say i'm making a career out of it--i'm just doing what i want and trying to promote it here, tumblr, facebook, twitter, etc. and then i post that i'm interested in work-for-hire stuff (more-or-less) and little projects trickle in. i try to be nice to people and participate in conversations when i can, try to be part of the community. i dunno.
