I did not understand what to place at C:\Windows\Resources\Themes and what to do next...Please please help me out!!! I badly want it on my laptop. I have 64-bit Vista OS SP1.

Hey!! Fantastic theme!!! The best theme I have come across!!! I downloaded the fleur de lys files. Replaced the ieframe.dll and browserui.dll according to the instructions. And then manually tried to patch...by downloading the three system files uxtheme.dll, themeui.dll and shsvcs.dll from the link you provided and then replaced them as well.
Then I rebooted the system. I did not understand what to place at C:\Windows\Resources\Themes and what to do next...Please please help me out!!! I badly want it on my laptop. I have 64-bit Vista OS SP1.

Love your themes Vista Ultimate Gray and Fleur de Lys. Having problems however. Vista Ultimate Gray makes the taskbar white unless an application is open and then it is black. When application is minimized the taskbar turns white again. Fleur de Lys has no theme file and I don't know where Appearance and Properties is to apply the theme.

Hello Dynacord
I have been going on with your Glassclear RC2 theme for Vista for a long time now, and I especially liked the way the caption buttons on top right of windows would only appear when hovered, and how the taskbar wouldn't have actual contrasted edges anywhere (much better for my monitor).
Only thing is, I just have switched to Seven (which I have uxtheme-patched) and I would like to have these same two effects. Is there an actual way to achieve this?

first of all, really love these themes! Very nice work.

The only thing I was wondering was if there was any way you could release a patch or even just a tutorial on how to change the start button...I love the fleur-de-lys skin, but the start button is the only thing I would like to change, to just add a white Windows icon to it. If you're too busy or just don't wanna, totally understand, just wondering. Again, really love this stuff!

Let me tell you that me and my friend(IT)tried to patch up things just repeating the steps on your instructions.
We patch the browseui and the iEframe and ok but when trying to install the theme itself it didn't read it. son NO theme for me
Can you please explain further what to do on this case.
we attend this:
-"Secondly you must patch your system. You can either use Tune Up Utilities, the beta version of VistaGlazz or patch it manually.

Your beautiful, state of the art theme "fleur de lys" went to hell and so my everyday motivation in front of my computer.

My system is:
Alienware laptop
Processor: 1

what shall i do
re install it comes to mind, but i rather ask you before going through the whole process again.

Some questions:
1-do i have to download the whole thing?
2-should i install the whole thing again?
3-same steps and commands?
4-is it going to work with this new service pack?
5-can you post a new step by step if this changed from the last one?

As a graphic designer is very uplifting to appreciate others people beautiful work, have the option to use it and feel somehow proud of your work...THANKS

yo dude your fluer-de-lys isnt working like i got the icons and all of that stuff but the full black affect isnt there like it is not showing up in my themes folder.. or nor when i go to the windows appearence color thing to look for it it isnt there so what do i do and when i look in the folder fluer-de-lys the .theme file isnt there either
