I own a small story and production agency. I am going to buy a wacom tablet in the near future (low budget). Do you think that wacom 3 intuos is good enough? I am a begginer but I would like to keep it for some time.

Absolutely yes, I really love the intuos 3.Β
I recently upgraded to an intuos 5 and its giving me problems already, whereas my intuos 3 lasted me 4 years and worked perfectly even though it got dropped a bunch of times.
The only reason I upgraded was because I wanted to downsize to a medium, the large was quite cumbersome. Of course there are less features on the 3 but nothing really important. I'd definitely recommend it.
