It's a sort of misunderstanding between Jessica and SME. According to Jessica, SNSD and SME "forced her out" of the company. SME's statement contradicts Jessica's announcement. (WTH, SME?) Most of SME's idols sometimes file lawsuits due to harsh treatment from the company that sometimes can violate human rights. I'm not sure if you're an EXO fan but also, Luhan recently filed a lawsuit, following his predecessor Kris.

SME seriously needs to take care of their artists better.
