A lot of the early panels are done being translated, but I can't say I know for sure if the chat logs are anywhere close to being done. (I still have to check the google toolkit to see what their progress is)
I'm thinking once we actually get entire sections put together we might host it on mspfa.com, but I only mentioned it once to the team and we haven't ever discussed it. To me it seems like the logical answer. o:
