Oh, boy that game was before my time. That is something I never saw in the arcades as a kid. I will have to see if it's on any of the Capcom classic collections, and give it a try.

I love its frame rate.  It looks great for its time.  I wonder what place in the SFEU it has.  This original Japanese name is shared by one of Dan Hibiki's Combos, according to the wiki.  I would have preferred to see Ryu from this game teamup up with Hagger and Maki in FFII.  Almost all of his enemies have an item that could have been incorporated into his sprite.

It would be great if Avengers was brought into the Street Fighter universe.
It would bring more exposure to the game, and give a possibility of a new game in the series.

When I asked myself what might have happened if Haggar had been the 3rd American in the 2nd World Warrior Tourney (Counting "Balrog" and Ken) instead of Guile.  Aside from the obvious (making the new challengers Cammy and either 3 emissaries from other games, or Cammy and the BOSSES from other games) I wondered if we would have that ryu in there as well.  Maybe replace him with Fei Long and have Ryu accompany Maki and Haggar to rescue Guy's fiancee.  Capcom certainly doesn't seem interested in Carlos Miyamoto as it is.  I see Ryu wearing the snake from stage 5 as a belt, with the 2 broken sais on it behind him, and a knife on each hip.  The meteor hammer rests on one, and it's chain looping diagonally across his torso.  That chain supporting the blade Sodom wielded in his Final Fight stage.  Try so show each weapon from his enemies as a trophy to highlight his trail of triumphs.  

Other ways the Street Fighters could have endorsed it, have the rescued princesses appear in various endings.  If anyone needs to fight anyone else in there endings, show the thugs from Avengers. And have Fei Long being dressed up as Ko in this ending pick.

Yeah, I voiced him in the game SMITE, and a few of his alternate skins. Your art was really well done. It was pixel art so that made it very unique. I do pixel art in my spare time, but nothing that small. You got captured the character with very few pixels. I like that.

My sprite is based on that same Cu Chulainn! :3 I am so grateful the person who gave him a voice in that game thinks I did a good job on recreating the character in my style! Makes it just a bit more special ^ u^ Thank you very much for your kind words!
