I haven't felt poetic for years myself until today. Poetry is a pain in the ass especially if its not just the right mood, at least for me. I still aspire to one day recreate the epic of the poem Invictus in my own words. I'm sorry you're not feeling well, have a cold?

I understand that completely. Only at specific times that seem random in nature am I able to write anything. You might be too harsh on yourself also. The saying goes you're your own worst critique. I see your in Russia, how is it there?

Maybe. But I haven't written much during past year because last year was a very hard for me. I fell in love and managed to make a few poems, but right now I am also stressed. How often do you write? It is cold right now, it is not that cold but -5 is still not +25. In general it's alright I guess. Just the prices have risen due to political sanctions.

I haven't wrote for years with the exception of a few poems. It's cold here too, just above freezing. Love is at times a illusion, at times a delusion and at times the most exceptional aspect of human nature. I'm sorry to hear your year has been stressful. I find a large amount of stress in regular life recenlty for myself and feel disconnected from my creative abilities and as if the dreamer in me has faded into the background. This site has helped him re-emerge. What do you like to write about?

What made you not to write so much? Also stress? Love is a fuel of a poet's heart, of any person who creates. And right now I am running low on it. I always like to writer about just anything that I feel like writing about, I haven't uploaded many poems to DeviantArt but there are some on other site. What about you?

"Love is the fuel of a poets heart"...That is an inspiring quote and I intend to remember it my friend. My creative reserves ran out after the stark realities of life kicked in. I had some highly emotional events in my life and the structure of society can be a draining foe. I guess I just forgot about my love for words after being so long caught up in paying bills, making ends meet and such. Whenever I feel down I recite the poem invictus to myself as it is the most moving piece I've ever read and committed it to memory. Have you read it? You should upload you poetry here as well and I'd enjoy reading some of your other work if you care to post it or link me to it?

Haha, I really want to talk to someone, more than just "Hi. I am OK. You? I see.", feeling very drained and stressed, also a tad lonely, needing interactions and real talking, this is why I am writing to some people whom I think we could have a chat. Sadly not many people do indeed. I actually draw more often if on paper, but on PC it is way less. I draw when I feel like it. That's OK to not be able to do everything at once. ^_^ What are your other skills beside writing?

I like to write, am learning photography currently and above all, love music. I'm kind of a jack of all trades really.

I wish I composed music but I don't. I partially learned to play the piano and created a few songs on it but never wrote the sheet music to them. Right now I'm listening to Roberto Cacciapaglia. You play, compose, are listening to anything specific right now?

Haven't thought about it I guess. My head is a scattered place most of the time. If you decide to look him up, his song Lux Libera Nos is my favorite. I love rock music also as well! Five finger death punch is a recent like. I usually listen to most kinds of music except country. I hate that stuff... probably because I'm out in the middle of the country here in Utah. Do you have a particular rock artist you like and if so who? Any other things you like to do with your free time?
