My go-to guy on this has always been Edgar Allen Poe, something like:

I am an unabashed fan of Japanese culture, even as I am just beginning to understand it - as much as an outsider can, that is. I look forward gretly to walking thrgh the many wonderful photos that you have posted to get a real feel for the land I hope to visit someday soon.

I think that Japan is the most beatiful country I've ever visited, unfortunetlly it's far away from my country (10000km+) so it wasn't cheap trip.. But I promote you Japan, I've fallen in love with this culture, people, religion, everything..
