I appreciate the interest, but I think our little mod family is the perfect size right now! We don’t really have an issue getting things approved within the time constraints we’ve agreed upon. If there’s ever an opening, it’ll be posted to the group or my journal!

I see what design you’re talking about, and edits needed to be made. Designs that fall within our specified guidelines oft don’t take longer than 3 days to approve, but when the design needs editing, the process obviously takes a bit longer on both ends.

im aware that edits needed to be made, the problem is after i edited the design it took 5 days yet again just for it to get declined again because there was another thing i needed to change that i wasnt told about.
im not talking about the overall process, im talking about each individual time ive tried to get them approved
edit: im not here to insult you or the mods, i think you guys are doing an amazing job considering this species is built by a small community on dA, and yet is super successful, and all of you are adults, i just personally think there should be more mods for the approval process for each species, it would make it go quicker and people wouldnt be stuck in the situation im in, where i have to wait after making edits just to wait more because something else wasnt correct that wasnt pointed out to me at first

I can understand you're upset, however, I don't think you're going about this the right way. From your original message, I could have never guessed this is what you were trying to get at. This is not a common occurrence to the point where we would need more mods. This is a special circumstance, that could have been resolved had you decided to DM Ren and I to discuss your concerns. I apologize that you had to wait so long, however, like I said, this is not a common occurrence.
Our current system as a team is that each of the approval mods have their own species. Strudels, being the largest species, have two, who alternate days with each other. Each other species is smaller, and has less of a queue. With the exception of the strudel approvals, having multiple mods per species at our current size would only make the approval process slower, with the way our approval system is set up via the backroom of our website. I am constantly checking in with the mods about their workloads, and as of now, we're all happy with how our operations work. While five days may be on the longer end of the wait, most of our approvals take no longer than a week, which for our size, I'd say is pretty impressive. I'm proud of how efficient my mods are, and how well we operate together as a team! Of course, the species is constantly growing, and as demand rises, we will take on more staff members as we need. But again, as I previously mentioned, in the grand scheme of things, this sort of thing happens very infrequently, and the quickest solution is simply DMing the mod directly so that the process can be pushed along faster! Each of the mods is very friendly, and happy to work things out 1-on-1 with our members, given the chance to do so.
Again, I apologize about your wait time, but in the future, I recommend DMing us so that we can address the issue faster instead of a more round-a-bout conversation.
