Girls with abs are awesome! Yeah. I have had the holidays away from the gym (the body needs a break every once and a while) and am dreading the New Year's Resolution crowd that will be there when I get back... But the flip side is - it is great to see people making an effort!

Yeah. When I do "damage" to my body it always means no photo shoots for a little longer . Recovery from Xmas is going well. It looks like I might have 4 shoots at the end of January!
