you can either draw them 50x50 or draw a small picture of what you want your icon to be, go to picnik.com upload your picture there then press resize then once your there, there should be a small box with a check mark in it that says "keep proportions" click on that box and make the check mark go away. then on the left side of that little box there should be two long rectangles with numbers in them. erase the numbers and replace them with 50s, then once the pic is 50x50 press ok then press save and share in the top right corner and then save it.
