Favorite TV shows: Hamtaro, Hikaru No Go, Avatar: The Last Airbender, Gravity Falls, Over the Garden Wall, Steven Universe, Mob Psycho 100, Zakk Tomorrow
Favorite bands / musical artists: OSTs and lofi.
Favorite books: Also too Many! Teen/young adult fantasy adventure is my favorite genre, but I've enjoyed many books beyond that.
Favorite games: Zelda (Ocarina of Time, Windwaker, Skyward Sword), Undertale, I really haven't played that many
Favorite gaming platform: One that works? Honestly, I fail at them all! I'm more of a watcher than a gamer.
Tools of the Trade: Pens and colored pencils, mostly.

lol, but honestly that's my best advice---watch and practice. Look at art you like and try to pick out what you like about it (colors, shapes, line art, etc.), and then practice doing that in your art.
And give yourself plenty of scrap paper to practice (I've used class notes, but Idk if I should condone that, haaa).
