I think I've read at least some of Hetalia but I don't really remember.

To "win" you just need to write 50k words or more. Or meet your goal word count (I'm not sure if that gets you the certificate and stuff though).

Yep. And, mattering where you are, you also get other freebies. 50k+ers can get a proof copy of their novel through this company (don't remember right now, sorry) and a lot of regions have special offers for winners
