You are so kind! <3 I've pretty much got it now. It has taken a lot of my brainwork and anger management issues to get to this point, still does, but I'm slowly relaxing into a more comfortable zone. I also have to care for my minions (co-workers) who are the best and the brightest. I've fired up the tablet a few times recently, but still need more practice.

It was really good to read that despite those challenges you have now reached a comfortable zone with your position at work. I can only imagine the kind of headaches that managing other people's work can cause, but it sounds like you have some good co-workers and that should help counterbalance the headache-issue!

Oh Dear, don't be. I lag a LOT myself. I hope I can pick up the drawing thread this summer, but like everything else it's a muscle you have to use to keep it strong. I'm thinking about moving a bit towards Marvel. I have a Stark Industries mug at work after all.

I am thanks! You are so sweet! Volvocars is going through a transition to meet future demands and I got a new position, which have taken effort and skill to format in a way I feel is feasible.
I'm slowly moving down to drawing.
