Yep! If I were to spell γΈγ§γ€ out in English, it would look like "Jei". Which, basically, translates to Jay. And no worries! You're questions don't annoy me whatsoever.
Not to confuse you, but here's some Jap 101. 
The γΈ symbol stands for the hard "jee" sound.
The little γ§ stands for an "eh" sound.
γΈ plus the little γ§ equals one symbol, γΈγ§, which produces a "je" sound. Make sense? (γΈ + γ§ = γΈγ§)
The γ€ is an English "eye" sound.
In otherwords, γΈγ§ + γ€ = "Jei" or the "Jay" sound you hear in English! Tada!

k, one more thing, this γͺγ³γ means Lind, right?

Right.
You'll find that Japanese doesn't have an "L" sound or letter anywhere in its alphabet. It substitutes that sound with a rolled "r" sound.
What you have, γͺγ³γ, sounds like "Rindo" in Japanese. The translation, however, is correct. Lind = γͺγ³γ.

I was so close. *pulls hair out* *sigh* My beautiful hair is gone. O____O *cries* Sorry I just feel like letting out my over steaming emotions. You know how that is? Its like just your whole body is over flowing with these emotions and you just jump around in every emo pool. First you dive into the happy pool, then something happens and all of a sudden you just find yourself in the angry pool.
