redbox is kinda a weird nickname that formed from child stupidity.
if you have ever heard the saying "it is bigger than a breadbox?" you would begin to understand.
when i was little, i heard someone say that, but i thought they said "it is bigger than a redbox"?
when i thought about it it didn't make sence, but then i thought about it some more and could not think of any boxes that were red that i had seen, so i figured that all boxes that were red were the same size.
then, one day, i said to someone (who had gotten me a gift for some occasion) and i asked them "is it bigger than a redbox?" and they were like, "redbox? REDBOX!?! don't you know the saying is 'bigger than a breadbox'?" and so i was embarassed, but after that people started calling me redbox, and it just stuck.
so there, that is the origin of the my redbox name. he he, i hope you enjoyed it muchly.
