oh my goodness i'm so sorry for this late reply

i usually do school performances or community theater! honestly, for school i just wait to see if stuff is posted. also, sometimes i see casting calls posted on facebook or sometimes they announce them at previous shows (also sometimes you can find them posted in/outside of theaters) 

hopefully i helped... haha i don't have to much experience with how to find auditions

getting parts is a bit more challenging but one thing that really helps (mostly in school productions) is showing reliability if you've done previous shows. if you're known to show up to rehearsals and practices, i've found that it makes it easier to get the part over someone who barely shows up. however, just make sure to spend time practicing your audition piece and don't be afraid to go all out!

yes, i love musicals! my favorite actually changes a lot but currently i would have to go with mean girls! i'm going to see it in august and i'm in love with the music along with the actors!

my personal fave is jekyll & hyde! although it's very difficult to choose... I also like the lion king, almost equally. that's awesome! I'm so jealous you get to see barrett wilbert weed in person omfg

aaaah that's so cool!!! i've been dying to see wicked but haven't been able to see it yet (i absolutely love the music from it). so far I've been able to see kinky boots, hamilton, cats, and school of rock on broadway but i have also seen other phenomenal productions that have been off broadway! 

i haven't actually really listened to anything from jekyll and hyde but i'm guessing it's awesome since it's your favorite. i guess i'll have another musical to listen to/ watch this summer!

also barrett wilbert weed is fricking awesome! i knew her from heathers and when i heard she was in mean girls i was so excited!

wicked is such an experience to see live, I still remember it well even tho I was young. oh my goddd. the act 1 closer is just... WOW. never seen another one like it. wicked is one I'd recommend even to people who don't like musicals because it's so phenomenal...

it's a great musical! it's a bit different. also very dark. I do highly recommend it, altho I do feel like I should note that it's not like most other musicals!

yEs she is!! I discovered her with heathers too. she's wonderful. I'm so proud of how far she's come! to be in a broadway production is amazing I'm so proud of her hhh
