I'm sexynarutoboys bf, and i was the one who helped make the gdi and nod uniforms.

shows the early prototype of the nod uniform. The helmet is papermache or car body filler (depending on toughness wanted) molded around a darth vader helmet and cut to size. You need to coat the vader helmet in vaseline and cling film if you dont want it stuck permanantly.dark gray car paint with a clear laquer to seal it keep its clean and stops the paint chipping. The armor, shirt and pants are army surplus, with decals added to it. We made plated armor later for it out of plastic sheets. The pauldrons are paper mache over a balloon to make the stinger shape, but paperclay or other similar materials work too. the visor part of the helmet can be thick card, metal or molded plastic, cut to shape with red acetate plastic or perspex. i think that's very helpful i'll get working on it soon hopefully but what all are the decals?
also could i use anything other than a Darth Vader helmet?
one last q: where can i get the armor, shirt, and pants?
