Boom! My name is Jacquelyn but I prefer Jak or Jaky. I'm straight and have an amazing boyfriend named Jon. We met at college.
I'm currently working on my BSA in Culinary Arts and Systems at The Pennsylvania College of Technology of Williamsport about 2 hours away from the small town I grew up in. My goal is to open my own restaurant someday. It's a very big dream for someone like me but all dreams start somewhere and I refuse to give it up. As my Dad always told me, "If you want something bad enough, work hard and you'll get it." So far that saying hasn't let me down.
My own personal motto is "Invictus, I believe" I was a part of an amazing family in high school called marching band. When I joined, we lost every competition and we sucked. By year two, we couldn't be beaten. So we adopted that saying. Invictus is Latin. I means that you cannot be beat. I was also my first tattoo. I have the word invictus tattooed on my left wrist so that every time I feel like things are too hard or that life is getting the best of me, all I have to do is look down and remember where I come from, what I've down, and that nothing is going to get the best of me. Ever.
What is a culinary student doing on dA? I like to draw and write in my spare time. I'm not that good at it but everyone has to start out somewhere. But if you are looking for some really good stuff, go check out my sister She's amazing.
