If you go to the deviation page and scroll down, along the right side there will be a section that says "Details," with something underneath that says "Thumb" that has a code like :thumb 123456789: (no spaces.) Copy and paste this wherever you want to place it!
I don't think it works in comments so I can't give you an example right here but hopefully that helped!

On the deviation page when you scroll down, there will be a little box on the right side of the screen under Details that says "Thumb," with a number in it (for example, : thumb488021801 : ) Copy and paste that where you want to put the deviation!
