# About me

Hello fellow Deviants. I just got on here to keep my drawings somewhere neat and tidy and it's blossomed into creating my own website as well as profiles on twitter, tumblr and facebook. I seem to be spending more time on the laptop than on the sketch pad at the moment, but its nice to have the technology to do this. I love nothing more than finding a really clear source pic and drawing it. You'll see a lot of Madonna in my gallery because I think she's always had the best photographers who produced amazing shots of her.

Sometimes I grid my drawings, especially if I've been asked to do a portrait, but I prefer to draw freehand most of the time because rubbing out the gridlines drives me mad... Being on Deviant for the past few months has given me lots of inspiration and also some brilliant tips for drawing tools (eraser pencils are a revelation!). Anyway, it's all for fun and I have a lot of admiration for the wonderful hobbyists as well as professionals on here. I love trawling through the fabulous galleries - you are very talented people ya know! Keep up the good work and please feel free to comment/critique my pics.
