Have your ever tried making a plane using single faced corrugated plastic ?

more of dual wall corrugated and yes some guys do it. given you have a efficient wing design and a powerful motor. we called them SPAD : Simple Plastic Airplane Design , dont expect them to be light . size for size are heavier than foam, but hey I've build from aluminum. so SPAD should be much lighter .
a good 1300KV-950KV motor should be a good start for a 30"- 40" WS

SPAD, that's a pretty cool acronym! I'm gonna try using single faced plastic so that I can bend the leading edge of wings and form semi-cylindrical fuselages with the flutes of the plastic as well as to cut down on unnecessary weight. From some of the business I've asked in my local area they've used this material for a verity of reasons. I even met up with another hobbyist that makes scratch builds all the time and she used the material with lots of success. Eventually I'll try making a 96" (8 foot) flying wing.
