Thank you so much! I've been having such a wonderful time working on these guys, and I just love the mythology surrounding them!  

I have to say, my favorite bit in your comic is the one where you go into major detail on Mictlantecuhtli when Itztli goes to converse with him at the temple! It's absolutely stunning and the atmosphere is perfect!

Thank you! It was fun to draw him in his "real" shape instead of all prettied up. But my Mic is a softie at heart and loves life much more than he probably should, so he tries to "look alive" lol.

no, he's still a god, not a human. he knows that there's no life without death so he doesn't feel pity for the dying or anything sentimental like that.

I never thought about it, that site kind of appeared without me realizing it. What I've seen of it so far seems to be more suited for episodic comic strips, or am I wrong?

A majority of uploaders do episodic uploads but all in all it doesn't really matter. I personally think it's art and plot that's what makes the comics good there and you've definitely got it

I looked into it today and it still actively encourages comic makers to use a format that works well with mobile devices, and I think BTOM doesn't really qualify. Also I want to redraw the prologue, so it wouldn't make much sense to post it somewhere new before that is done. I am considering it for future comics, though, I might try and do a new comic which suits the vertical reading format better.
