Yeah, there are some gaps, but I don't mind them...(okay, mostly because I missed the first DmC games, so I can't tell that much about continuity...). The only thing that really annoyed me in Devil may Cry: DmC was Vergil's hat. All I ever thought was "Take that hat off, it looks stupid!"

Then you should know: DmC: Devil May Cry – this reboot of the franchise Devil May Cry.   Reboot nothing to do with the classic series Devil May Cry (Devil May Cry - Devil May Cry 4). And not even a fifth of part - DmC 5 or DMC 5. The reboot another world, other characters, different story. In other words, reboot - it's a different game. The reboot has problems storyline. Is the connection that there is a violation of a causal relationship, the logic of the story, many questions, but few answers. Especially stupid was a plot DLC Vergil's Downfall. It was horrible and disgusting. What was maddening character, more so moronic way. In addition, a classic parody of Vergil's. At reboot must be original – Do not need to cheap parodies. No doubt the plot - the weakest point of the reboot. Capcom's is necessary to fix it, otherwise will be worse – we got a fucking nonsense. Oh, something I got carried away here, a sore subject, sorry.

Okay, you're really an expert with the Devil may Cry games I think the reboot is only bad if you know the original games...I don't, therefore I quite like the game. But as soon as I get my hands on the original games (at least 3 and 4, I don't have a Playstation...), I'll eventually start disliking the new one as well.

Just stands to perceive them in two different games (classic and reboot), and everything will be fine.  If you do not have Playstation, that is an emulator the Playstation for PC (Windows), and you can safely play and assess.)

So far every try of using an emulator ended in "PC viruses welcome!", so...do you know a safe Playstation emulator? I'd love get my hands on various games (Devil may Cry 1 and 2 on top of the priority list )
