She's right. Mostly in Miami, though. Coincidentally, a long time ago, I met someone online that ALSO said the same thing you did about England. She said it was cold and wet and there we're lots of bad people there.

Well, I was only being sarcastic. In the south people tend to mind their own business much more than in the north but in the north people tend to be jocular to the point of offending people with no grasp of sarcasm.

We couldn't find it! We asked about for it and no one seemed to know where it was. We ended up in Utrecht on the first night because we got the wrong train from Schiphol but didn't stay for long. Didn't visit any coffeeshops this time.

I asked a woman in a pancakehouse if there was anything of interest there but it turned out she was Polish and she's never been. What's in Utrecht? I wouldn't mind seeing Rotterdam or something as well.

I just like the city ambience, even though I rarely visit Utrecht. I'm not sure if there's a lot worth your time (whenever I go there it's either for a concert hall or a particular Belgian beer bar). I have such a bad sense of direction that I never really take an effort to explore in general, haha. I really wouldn't be surprised if you knew your way better around Amsterdam than I do. University, central station, a handful of bars and a couple of arthouse cinemas. That's all I should be able to find. AND THE WHORES

I would have expected you to have been to Rotterdam, but come to think, I haven't been to many cities in my own country either. I do know the main roads and squares in Amsterdam fairly well though, haha. So where is it you live? I thought you went to university in Utrecht.

I live in an insignificant town near Schiphol. It takes me a little less than an hour to get to university in Amsterdam. 's all right.
