Jeremy. I mourn you nearly every day. How do I overcome the loss of my brother? My life is full of ups and downs right now, but I know what you'd say:
"Go make comics, dummy."
I am thinking more and more every day that your advice was right. Maybe it's time I make a comic.
But while I work on that, I mourn you. Praying that we see each other again one day. God speed, sir. You have inspired so many people. May everyone who was impacted by you be even the slightest bit as inspirational.

I just found out you died. I was never a big part of the penciljack.com community, but you were a prominent figure there . In my years there I followed your work here and subscribed to your page . I admired your work. I never knew you personally, but as a member of the comic art community I followed and supported your efforts from a far. I know the struggles of the artist, and sympathies with a majority of them. So when I saw you published work Β it brought a smile to my face. It is a bummer I did not get to meet you at a convention and tell you this. You accomplished so much more than I have in your life. I hope I can at least do as much in the time I have left. Me and are still reeling from this. And frankly, we haven't hung out in a serious way with Jeremy for a long time now - but it's just the fact that it wasn't his time yet - and that gets us like nothing else. Me, Adam, and Jeremy were supposed to meet on stage someday at a big event when we were all old and gray. And we'd just nod at each other and say wordlessly, 'Yeah, we made it.'
That was the way things were supposed to go. Not this, never this. So fucking sad!
