Hi, verreaux,
I'm a hobby woodcarver from England and saw the picture of the Kraken on Google images. I took inspiration from it to carve a piece as I'm interested in Celtic and Norse mythology. The piece is carved of a sycamore blank, and after many hours a passible effort was made. 
I have placed his carving on my website, but I would wish to use the original drawing as a comparison.
The website is to show off my work to friends and family, and not for profit. I would attribute the original photo to yourself with thanks. If you want to see the carving and check out the site, look on Craftykingfisher.com.

Espero que no le moleste que le haya hecho tag de su arte prehispanico al grupo Mesoamerica-Arts. Es un grupo muy interesante donde hay muchos artistas de muchos estilos (y aficionados como yo, tambien ^^').
