Thanks! I'm getting an Iple House Asa. *Claps* I look forward to seeing your Bichun. I'm decent at sewing so I'm going to make her a furisode with a white nagajuban so the colors of the kimono don't stain her. ( I really like the Limited Edition Asa, but was sold out)

I really like Iple House. Carina is fantastic looking. I have to admit to feeling partial to Jessica ( Same name and all ), but she's also very nicely done. How long does it usually take for them to get from Korea to the states? Do they get caught up in customs much?

Iple House is my make source now for BJD's. I love my Jessica and Akando is stunning. I used to have about 59 BJD's but have had to scale down due to the economy and being out of work for almost 3 years. I ended up having to sell many of them. I think I still have about 20 or so. Now I only sell them to buy others.

Iple is good about shipping. It's takes about 4 days. Mine is still in Korea so not sure if he'll make it by Christmas.

To be honest, I buy the clothes from Iple as well. You can always add on to your order if it hasn't shipped yet. You can place another order, pay for the product minus the shipping (Iple will adjust it) and put in the notes on Paypal to add it to order#______. It's too much trouble finding clothes elsewhere to fit the big dolls. Are you a member of DOA?

I bought clothing, wig, and shoes when I bought Asa. I eventually want her to end up in a kimono, but from what I've seen I'll have to make that myself. Meh, I make my own clothes sometimes, I ought to be able to make clothes for a doll if I try.

Yeah, I poked around and found this. Basically it says I'd need an invite from a member to get in. LiveJournal used to have the same thing. *Shrug* Might be useful info for the future. I guess DoA has had issues with people misbehaving and that led to the invite only policy.



How do I invite a friend to join Den of Angels?

You may invite friends (up to 7 per week) after 25 days of membership and 40 posts. Users who are on any sort of restriction may not send invitations.

To invite a friend, choose the Invite Friends link below the dark blue toolbar. On the next screen, enter your friend's email address, your name (if you feel like it), and click submit.

Invitees will still be screened by the moderators before their accounts are approved; this is done to avoid allowing banned users (particularly those with Marketplace issues) to re-join the forum.
