I don't eat it often neither because my parents used to believe that it's poisonous to eat so many almonds - there are two kinds tho and only the bitter one (which I hate) is poisonous in great measures. So yeah xD

Yeah anything in excess though can hurt or kill you. They had a water drinking contest when I was in high school a radio station named star 102.7 one of my favorites and they got taken off the air and sued because someone died drinking to much drowned themselves. Water poisoning. Moderation in all things.Β
