Hair-- it depends on what you base it off of
Hinamori calls him Shiro-chan, translated to "lil whitey" so in this case his hair is white
but in his chapter for his history he himself describes his hair as silver. So there isnt really a correct answer, but its not blue. or any other stupid color.
