This is just... random. it took forever to get the collar right because he was going to be sitting up wiht his paw out, but the collar wouldn't let me. then i tried drawing him laying down, but the collar was in the way! then i tried again and forgot the collar! so this is what i came up with... not like what i pictured...but hey, it's Rocket-Chu!2013 redraw:Β
