Description
This is another old Victorian sketch I drew years ago, now colored and finished with Painter Classic. Inspired by fashions circa 1884.I wanted it to look vintage, and was surprised once I went over it with the watercolor tool, I didn't have to do much else to it. Some of my original sketch lines are still visible.
And I so wanted the scarf to be lacey, but that would've taken me eons to complete... if I could ever do such a thing.

It's totally impossible. Even the import sites show them out of stock or print. Hopefully there'll be one randomly at a comic or anime con soon... one that doesn't cost a cajillion dollars... lol
