Shingeki no Kyojin fanart! Woohoo! Fear my new obsession! 8D

This fanart is kind of a spoiler, so if you haven't seen Attack on Titan yet... what?! What are you doing here then? Go watch it! It's amazing, you should watch it, like, this instant! Just, if you do, prepare a first aid kit, because your heart will break in so many pieces it will need stitches. Couple of times. Or you know what? Just get a trash can, because after the series is done, your heart will be in such a state not even stitching or gluing will help...

... this show's catch phrase should be "WHY YOU DO THIS TO ME?!"...

... it's so worth it though, the hurt, it's so good ♥

So yeah, it's a spoiler, so you know how it works - do not like spoilers - go away or don't blame me :3

This is obviously Marco, after his "nomnom, I ate half of your face :3" incident. Who else was like "NO!!!" after that episode? I mean, it's Marco, why you kill adorable freckled-puppies, show, why?!

The picture itself happened while I was still drawing my Jean fanart (yes, I am drawing Jean. Why? Because he's Jean (janjanjan *snort*), and he's made of awesome), and it's the middle of the night and suddenly people decided it was a hilarious idea to spam my tumblr dash with Marco-angst. I mean, really guys, a girl has only one heart ('m no Time Lady, sadly :<), don't make it break more than it already has, m'kay? But yeah, post after post of freckled-puppy-angst and I was like "Fuck dis shit, I'm gonna do "The Artistic Angst" fanart. With poetic red butterflies and shit!".

So... yeah. This is me, being frustrated at this damn show. What, you think this picture looks too pretty and calm to be be a product of frustration? Yeah? Look at the butterflies. They were borderline masochistic to draw, I tell ya...

The other reason for drawing this picture was that after messing around with brush settings in PainToolSai, I found one that imitates drawing with a pencil. Yeah, this picture is fully digital, but the lines look pencil-like and I adore this effect. I will most definitely use it more :>

Overall, I'm really satisfied with this picture. I'll probably find tons of things wrong with it by the end of this week, but that is a fate of an artist...

(Also, if you've read the manga... if it'll be confirmed that the 'Titan trio' had something to do with Marco's death I'm gonna freak out... I'm pretty sure Annie, at least, was involved in it, but if I'll find out that the other two had something to do with it too... I'll need to find some new insults, other than "Bertholdt! You Bastard! And screw you too, Reiner..." each time I see them on screen... >_>
