it is a nice photo, but not an outstanding one. The color assortment is not the best one, the pose has no torsion, dynamic range could be better, subject has no real interest and the story is common. However you have tones ok and good light master.

You are not right at all, the subject is not common, show me some pictures that look like this one( position, clothes, lightning ambient) And this pose has no torsion? I know that art is subjective but you are to much.

yes it's no problem to critique, it is much better when you have a constructive feedback on your work than just appreciations. That picture has nothing in common with this one, the theme is very different.
It is not a rule to have torsion on every picture, but this one has enough, i don't thing that this girl stands in o common position at all.
The idea of a critique is to give some realistic and constructive suggestion. You will always find a better picture than yours.
