I haven't read the book, but you painted this beautifully. It has such a pleasant leisurely feel to it, and you depicted both the subjects in the piece expertly. The anatomy is really well done, and the positioning of the characters doesn't feel awkward at all; on the contrary they look very at ease - which can be really hard to capture in a scene where the characters are so close together. I really like the coloring and lighting job you did here too. Excellent artwork.

Thank you very much for your appreciation!!! This scene was really trying for me, especially anatomy of the characters in this position. I've got to use photo references of me and my boyfriend sitting together I'm glad that eventually I've done this more or less accurately.
