HOW DID I PULL THIS OUT OF MY ASS AFTER MY LONG ARTBLOCK?? WTF.I've been having some bad artblock lately, so I started painting an idea I'd had on instagram a while ago -->Β www.pikore.com/m/1264100416258β¦
This was just meant to be something to motivate me to make art again after the rut I've been in (and hopefully motivate me to make progress on commissions)...but I wound up staying up all night trying to complete it... ^^' I tried to mimic the style of sakimichan to the best of my ability.
I gotta say, it kinda feels good to finally finish something again. All I've done lately art some scribbles on instagram and I really needed to change that.
Anyway, I'm open to any critique, no matter how positive or negative they may be (so long as you're being constructive)
Be as descriptive as you'd like

Holy hell this is absolutely amazing! Wow, (Yes other than the shoulder and collarbone) there is no other mistake I can see! She looks absolutely beautiful, Her hair, the skin, The palm trees, the sun, and the background match perfectly! Keep up the amazing work!

I'm really liking the surreal imagery here; I would never have though to have someone's hair morph into a wave, or to have the sky be purple, or pretty much anything else here. It's very unique and well done. The only issue I can really see is that the collar bone is just a tiiiiiny bit too far to the left.

I can see why it looks too far over to the left now that you mention it. I was trying to make it look like her body was facing away a bit, but I couldn't get the shoulders to foreshorten very well ^^' I might see if I can fix that. Thank you for the feedback!

I think this is fantastic & I love this style. Criticism would maybe be the chest/ shoulder area is kinda a blob, I would work on the shape. Otherwise 10/10

Yeah, I didn't pay as much attention to that particular spot lol. I might try to smooth that out a bit more, thanks for pointing that out!
