Takeru Satoh from Rurouni Kenshin, Kamen Rider Den-O, Tonbi, Goemon to name a few.I don't know why I always end up putting him on a green background..

I liked the sketch a lot but this one just has that amazingly beautiful, detailed hair that you always paint, so it wins for me.

It always amused me that people compliment me on the hair.. hair is the most relaxed, non thinking part of the face.. I get more headaches and spend more time of shading the face..

Well, it's often the parts you feel most comfortable when painting that turn out the best. At least that's how it usually is for me.

I looked back at the reference.. I think he looked older there.. but then the lighting I used here is different. Its indoor in the reference and I had to adjust the shading since this is outdoors..
Actually since Rurouni Kenshin, he maturity just surfaced. I'd always thought that he had a certain depth and solemness to his acting, but now since he's taken more mature roles, its just wonderful to see what he's capable of.

[link] this one is a nice father and son drama.. he gets to be a father here
and this one he's still young.. but the acting is solid.. [link] but its doesn't have a happy ending.
