There is so much deepness in this drawing.
I can't stop staring at this amazing work, because it looks nearly like a black and white photo to me. I especially like the wrinkles! It makes this drawing almost real. Your technique is very good. The use of light and shadow is perfect. The drawing is so detailed, that I can feel each emotion every doctor has.
You did a very great job and I can't say something negative about it. So i have to give you 5 stars. I'm looking forward to see more of your work.

The technique is extremely precise and used with skill, i could recognize every pair of eyes at first sight. The shadowing is so accurate that i can almost see the colors. I mostly liked the wrinkles around the eyes that gives an unusual intensity along with the light reflection on the pupils. The only thing that made me slightly disappointed was the eleventh doctor look, as i said the technique is excellent but the look on his eyes is not as intense as the others. The first pair of eyes looks worried and determined, the second looks scared and excited, the fourth looks like he's planning something while the third pair gives me just quiet eyes.
I really love this work, so i hope that my words are taken as an advice more than a judjment.

There are many things I can praise about this drawing, but I'd say most of all it's the use of light and shadow. The shading on the skin tones and under the eyes looks natural and well blended. I also love the highlights in the eyes and on the tops of the noses. It gives it a realism that makes it amazing. Also the proportions and details make it very apparent who each drawing is and that is not always an easy task with just eyes. I can't honestly find anything to suggest on this. Fantastic work! Keep it up!
