Description
This is a piece that i was able to squeeze in this past week inbetween different projects and commissions. This was a study in painting and illustration inspired by the fantastic artist who illustrates for the game, Magna Carta. I can't remember his name at the moment *i know...lame.i hope you guys like it!

Hahaha, you really don't know how much I LOVE this picture !! I remember I was younger and I saw Deviantart opened in my brother's computer, I started wathicng art and when I saw this picture I thought it was the most perfect draw I had seen. I have her printed in my notebook yet xD

just an original character. I was inspired and attempted an illustration technique I had not tried yet. it turned out successful because I learned a whole lot doing this one. I REALLLLY want to do few more characters like this (perhaps to hint that they are actually characters for a game lol)

well she certainly looks like she belongs to a game, you seem to have broken through the one of the hardest parts of original characters designs with this one and that is creating an elaborate costume design!

aww thanks! hmmmm no secret really, hmmmmmm to learn this (which this was more of a studied piece that got ambitious) i referenced a lot from great artists/paintings whenever i got confused about the shading in certain areas. color/cg is hard sometimes!!!! XD

Yeah I hear ya! I'm trying to mimic Master Akihiko Yoshida's Artwork. Did the art for Final Fantasy XII, and if you see my "Marath Concept" Deviation, I kinda copied directly from Penelo's tails. ^_^;
