Description
I'm not personally very fond of Chibi-Usa as a character, but she is the successor to Sailor Moon and she brings forth some things I can play with. Such as further senshi forms and whether she's limited to just using the Ginzuishou or if she has the ability to wield the Golden Crystal her father possesses as well.

Personally I think she should have the ability for both, but beyond the Eternal form I only think she'd really have one more.

This sort of uniform was also used in my picture of Eris and Moon, but I've improved upon it since...
