Sketch commission for 's little sister, who's dressed in lolita!Took a personal day to do some quick $10 commissions. Was my only one so it turned out as being more than a sketch in the end

Sorry for the increeeeeeedibly late responce. Trying to get through all my comments lately.
But yea, it takes me about 5-8 hours (on a good day!) because I'm very slow and I'm terrible at planning. Plus I don't really reference so I'm basically making it hard on myself. I grew up only doing gestures and life studies so I only recall the things I've learned from that. I flip the canvas back and forth, go "something is off", fix it, draw more and repeat. lol Very hard habit to break. But at the end of the day I feel better about myself thinking I fixed what I could on my own. But of course critique is always welcome in the end

the "flip canvas" habit is biting me in the ass now because at cons, I don't have that luxury and I'm ridiculously used to it.

Yeah I hear ya! I'm sure you've done the "flip the paper and raise it up to look at it" thing. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. Katsucon was poorly lit and made it somewhat impossible. Good thing we have friends

Paint tool SAI [link] this program here! There's a free trial for 30 or so days. I use the pen tool. It isn't vector but it produces vector smooth lines

Yeah I was curious that umbrella has a phenomenal amount of line detail lol only down side is line that thin get covered up by color pretty quickly to the point there invisible.

I'm glad you like it! Turned out quicker than I usually work. XD haha
Right now I'm kinda swamped through the weekend. Got some preexisting commissions I need to finish and I possibly couldn't take more till those are done. If still you're interested after this weekend, cool!
