Happy Valentines Day~!!
I was going to do cute little doodles for all my dear friends but then I got struck with a sinus infection and then went into relapse with an ear infection so this is my first sketch I was able to finish in two weeks. Thankfully I'm almost 100% better! Just a little congestion yet.I've been wanting to draw Ariana with her girlylove Melanie for a LONGGG time. They've been in the works for 2 years and my Ariana was finalized this year, as was Melanie, although April changed a bunch of things on her so I had to wait to get an updated ref until I could draw them again~ XD I will be drawing a loooot of them. So many piccus ideas. <33 They're the sweetest.
Just a little simply colored sketch~ I wanted to leave the sketch as the lineart as I haven't done that in a longlong while (years). I'm supposed to be working on more simpler pictures with less details, yet look at that hair. OOPSIES. And the anatomy - forgive me for the mistakes. Was supposed to be a feel-good doodle as I was healing. And just pretend Melanie's other hand is under all that mass of chocolate colored hair, okay~ ; O; Iwasn'tsurewheretoputiteheheh...
I think it's cute how if Ariana's facing the opposite way of Melanie their light colored parts are on the same side. x3

This is the cutest thing EVER. ;W; I think Melanie's hand in her hair is adorable and I think this is just precious. I like the simpleness of everything and Melanie's expression I totally adore! I just wish I could see preciouslittleAriana's. I love the background as well. All pink and pretty; very fitting.

This is cuuute ^_^ I like this style with the sketchylineartthing! (what are words) They just look so happy in that embrace. All of teh emotion! And their hair is so pretty~ x3
The only thing I'll suggest is to make a bigger contrast between the dresses somehow. It's a little difficult to tell that there are two different dresses there.

And thank you~! I'll keep that in mind~! <3 It could be the monitor difference, too maybe. Everybody who viewed it on my monitor didn't say anything. Mel's was an orange color, and Ari's was a brown, so there's a difference, but maybe I should have put more emphasis? owo I dunnos. But I'll keep that in mind~ 'Cause even though Ariana's color is pink I like to draw her in brown too, to fit the whole chocolate theme.

Haha it very well could be the monitor difference. There could be, like, a darker shadow on the edge of Ari's dress to show a difference, maybe.
