I admit, I'm fascinated with the dwarfs girls.I this drawingdid for fun in my spare time, I wanted to draw a dwarf lady, much younger, much girly, more miss, I had fun designing her jewelry, which is not hanging on her neck, is in her beards _ ^ ^ 'is a very nice challenge to make bearded girls look beautiful and sexy.

Lo admito, estoy fascinada con las chicas enanas.
Este dibujo lo hice por diversión en mis ratos libres, quería dibujar a una damita enana, mucho más joven y aniñada, más señorita, me divertí mucho diseñando sus joyas, las cuales se cuelgan no en su cuello, si no en sus barbas ^_^' es un reto muy bonito hacer que chicas con barba se vean bonitas y sensuales.

These drawings are really unique! It's very difficult to draw a lady with facial hair and not make her look ugly or absurd, like a bearded lady in a circus.

Well when you think about it dwarves need love. Elves usually have more illustrated depictions of them so it's nice to see an artist focus on something different! Love the green gown. She's a cute lil one to be sure!

Salutations. You had asked me comment on said image, and since I do actually have some free time, I will do so. However, I do not know much about dwafs or digital media. That being said, I cannot say much in these regards. Also, I don't know spanish. If I repeat something someone else did, I apologize for the redundancy. Instead, I'll comment with a focus on technique.
As for the better aspects of the image, I agree with what other commenters have said. The chosen patterns were a good choice, especially if they were meant to convey an outfit from the mideaval ages. Also, the shading on the hair and folds on the clothes make sense. They don't seem too thin. This suggests a thicker fabric, which seems appropriate for a dress like this. The color choices also go well together.
However, the shading in other sections are not as strong. The small braids are comparatively flat against the rest of her hair. Adding more strands, and defining the light and dark areas, would bring that section up to part with others. Little details like that can make an image stronger.
Even though the bottom of the dress has folds, it seems flat. Assuming that the light is directed at the figure center, then the middle part of that area would be the lightest, and the sides of that dress would be darker. Shading the right and left side of the dress's bottom half can help make the dress more three-dimensional.
Because the shading on the dress has its dark areas, the skin looks flat. Even though there is shading, it is light. Granted, shading skin is not as easy as fabric. Going too dark can be unconvincing, especially since the light seems to be strong. What may help is reducing the intensity of the black outline. An easier solution is to use a different color to outline with, like a light brown or something like that-at least for the skin. I don't think it would work for the clothes. The other solution, which requires more problem solving, is finding a way to shade without relying on outline.
