Description Sorry for how horrible is the picture. OTL But it's the best I had under those circumstances. I promise to get better ones in a week! ^^'
In any case, this was made for s 18th birthday. Features chains, burnt feathers, burnt feathers and a toxic pin. Pretty fancy, don't you think? Also took me a while to make it, some 4, 5 hours or something - making the fabric stick so it would be good for burning took a damn good time.

As per usual suggestions, comments, critiques are welcome. So are commissions.

And a price guide, unfortunately, would be difficult to make because of my location. For every hat idea that I have, I look around and see what will I need, how will I get it, CAN I get it, and how much it will cost.

So to say, it would be easier for me judge the approximate price and the look if I could hear what are your ideas for a mini top hat first. Does that work?
