Malicia is a "Highelf", not a "Blood Elf" ;3
There is no Difference between High- and Bloodelf's - only that Bloodelf's Eyes changes Green is it.
But she doesn't should have green Eyes, when i'm wrong. She is a Member of the Undead Scourge of Northrend (Cult of Damned) if i'm not wrong ;3 and that mean's "not a Bloodelf"

High Elves can have green eyes. The most famous example of this being Alleria Windrunner.

Instructor Malicia is actually a high elf. But there's nothing wrong with the picture, since high elves can have green, yellow, and purple eyes, alongside the more common "blue".
