That Logo is actually the Emblem of the Tri-Alliance. The original emblem was supposed to feature a few more details but the basic emblem fits here.

Templar Marines are a class of Female Marines from an online Roleplay. IE Templar Marine Vice here is one of them, and their targets are those of the Nova Marine Class.
