Xiang Yu, well, is best describe with brave/gallant but foolish. On battlefield, he pretty much compared to a War God level (oh yes the Lu Bu of ROTK) but on political management wise he pretty dumb or epic fail (if put it on RPG/video game stat, yep he rather similar to Lu Bu).
