This is in response to some slight anxiety attacks I've been suffering lately. My heart has been pounding and my hands have been shaking, paranoid that there's danger right around the corner, a crippling fear of death and I've broken down into quite the emotional wreck in the past few days =D This happens randomly too like some emotional rollercoaster but I felt I had experienced it at its worst today urgh.I wish my heart would calm the fuck down and not beat out of my chest. -SQUEEZES IT IN RAGE-

I really like the color and shading, and how it looks with a sketch finish. It is quite stunning, and I think it fits the topic way better than it would have if it was fully colored. Good Decision!

Yeah I'm like this a lot too. Mostly when I think of growing old or the enormity of actually dying. I get insomnia and paranoid though most people cant tell, I'm a bottler.
This pictire is really beautiful. You capture the feeling of stress and anxiety very well, I love the character's facial expression.

I know how you feeeeeel that happens to me too.
I start to think about dying the what happens after I die and what if it doesn't end up right? And then I don't have any more chances and etc and then my heart starts pounding and I usually start to cry and my breathing picks up
I've been told that I have anxiety disorder because of that.

I've had the same problem as you before. Lasted years. Eventually you just realize it's all in your head. Just admit that you're doing it to yourself, and tell yourself to stop breathing so heavily. Then you realize, you have control. It's nothing more than your own will power. Then, it will end forever.

I suffer from a panic disorder which explains exactly how you feel. Sometimes you just have to be as rational as you can and tell yourself that you are in no danger what so ever. I hope you can feel better. Trust me the first time you get it, it's the worst but it does die out.
